The Weather!

I have a tiny obsession with checking the weather...
The Weather

A typical summer day schedule

7:00 :: wake up - if its going to be super hot then wake up earlier
7:30 :: GO RUNNING, lift weights, get buff and super fast :)
9:00 :: eat breakfast
9:30 :: most likely wasting a solid hour on the computer or watching t.v., on a rare occassion may be working/volunteering/doing something constructive :)
11:00:: hang out with Manda Mae

2:00 :: ...still wasting time with Manda Mae

6:00 :: I would love to say otherwise, but I am still doing nothing with Manda Mae

11:00 PM :: possibly go to sleep after my busy busy day hehe

Recipes

Here are some recipes that are excellent for the hot days of summer...and extremely hard to mess up because cooking is not one of my strong points :)

Fruit Salad
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 (17-oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup drained maraschino cherries, halved
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 medium apple, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed, or sweetened whipped cream
Lettuce leaves

PROCEDURE:
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except whipped topping and lettuce; mix lightly. Gently fold in whipped topping. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
2. To serve, spoon salad onto lettuce-lined plates. If desired, garnish with additional maraschino cherries.

Hey Mr. B!

So for our final we had to make a website and I chose summer for the theme...because summer is less than 3 days away and I can't really think about anything else. Hope you're having fun in Nebraska... :)
